PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

2023-2024 ONLINE ENTRY

  • ONLY MEMEBERS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE MEMBERSHIP PROCESS MAY ENTER A RODEO. You can see if you are eligible by looking at the draw/results page for your division and clicking on the ‘Eligible’ button. If you are not on the list there is an issue with your membership, and you should call the state office.

  • The system will know if you are High School or Junior High and will automatically take you to the appropriate list of rodeos.

  • YOU CANNOT ENTER the TEAM ROPING/RIBBON ROPING unless your partner is a member at the time of entry. Only one partner needs to enter the team roping/ribbon roping event. The partner will need to enter their other events.

  • You must individually enter each day that you want to compete. (i.e Lewistown #1, Lewistown, #2, Circle #1, etc.)

  • YOU PAY YOUR FEE'S AT THE RODEO.

ENTRY INFORMATION

  • Online entries close at 11 PM, two Mondays before the rodeo. Deadline to become a member is posted on the Master Schedule.

  • CHECK YOUR ONLINE RECEIPT. If you do not have events listed, YOU ARE NOT ENTERED.

  • BE SURE YOU WANT TO ENTER BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR ONLINE ENTRY!

  • You can enter any rodeo or all rodeo's that are currently open. One rodeo at a time and each day/go is a separate rodeo.

  • Once you enter a rodeo/event you cannot change or delete the entry online.

  • You can add an event any time prior to the close of entries for that rodeo.

  • Rodeo entries will be posted on the website Tuesday morning before phone entries. This is when you can make sure you are entered in the correct events and rodeos. If you are not entered in the rodeo/events that you wanted, then call during call in entries to get entered correctly.

  • Phone entries will be on Tuesday following the online entry close, from 12 - 2 pm. Call Debbie for HS entries at 406-557-2610 and Billie for JH entries at 406-421-5658. Entries close at 2 PM….no late entries!!

  • NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

ENTRY CONFIRMATION

  • If you want online entry confirmation you must input a valid email address

  • Each Rodeo/Round will have it's own confirmation

  • It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you ask for confirmation, either by email, print, screen shot or save the entry information to your computer or phone. Be sure you screen shot, save or print the screen that says ‘Thank You’ with all the rodeo information.

  • Keep entry confirmation until after the rodeo is over. You must have this confirmation if something happens once you arrive at the rodeo and you are not on the day sheets.

CHANGES AND/OR DRAWOUTS

  • Call backs will be done on the Thursday following online entry, from 12-2 pm. Changes can be made at this time for the rodeo, or rodeos, that are being entered that week. This is when you can draw out of an event or rodeo without owing fines.

  • If your entries are correct on the website, there is no need to call back.

  • IF YOU DO NOT CALL during that time frame, you will be responsible for all fees associated with the online entry you made.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

  • All forms must be completed and uploaded to the National site, and all dues must be paid and approved through the NHSRA online membership program before you can enter any rodeos. (These forms include previous semester grades, social media form, W-9 Form, membership application and minor’s release)

  • High School Membership Dues are $ 169.00 + credit card processing fee. Junior High Membership Dues are $125.00 + credit card processing fee.

  • NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You cannot enter a rodeo until all the above is completed and approved.
