PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

ONLINE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

• Only members who have completed the membership process may enter a rodeo. You can check your eligibility by visiting the Draw/Results page on your division’s website and clicking the ‘Eligible’ button. If you’re not listed, call the state office to resolve the issue before entering.

• The system will automatically route you to the appropriate rodeos based on your division (High School or Junior High).

• You cannot enter Team Roping or Ribbon Roping unless your partner is a current member. Only one partner needs to enter the team event. The other partner must enter their individual events separately.

• You must individually enter each rodeo day you want to compete in (e.g., Lewistown #1, Lewistown #2, Circle #1, etc.).

• You may enter any or all rodeos that are currently open for entries.

• Once you submit an entry for a rodeo or event, you cannot change or delete it online. Changes or deletions must be made by contacting the state office directly.

• You may still add events online at any time before entries close for that rodeo.

• You pay your fees at the rodeo.

ENTRY DEADLINES & PHONE ENTRY

• Online entries open 20 days prior to the rodeo closing date and will close at 11:00 PM two Mondays before the rodeo.

• Rodeo entries will be posted on the website Tuesday morning before phone entries.

• You should always check the posted entries on Tuesday morning to ensure you're entered in the correct rodeo and events. If you are not entered correctly, call during phone entry hours to fix it.

• Phone entries are Tuesdays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for contestants who need partners, missed online entries, or are having trouble entering online.

• No late entries will be accepted after 2:00 PM Tuesday — no exceptions!

ENTRY CONFIRMATION & RECEIPT

• Each rodeo/day has its own confirmation/receipt.

• After you click ‘Sign Up,’ a confirmation screen will appear. Click ‘Show Receipt’ and scroll down.

• You must either print your receipt or download it to a file. This is your only proof of entry.

• Members will no longer receive email confirmations. The printed or downloaded receipt is the only confirmation you will receive.

• Keep your receipt until after the rodeo in case your name is missing from the day sheets or there is a problem with your entry. You will need it as proof of entry.

MAKING CHANGES OR DRAWING OUT

• Call backs are Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM following online entry close. You may: make changes/corrections or draw out without incurring fines

• If your entry is correct on the website, there’s no need to call back.

• If you do not call and your entry is incorrect, it will remain as posted and you’ll be responsible for all fees.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• All forms must be completed, uploaded, and approved through the NHSRA online membership system before entering any rodeos.

• Forms include previous semester grades, Social media form, W-9 Form, Membership Application, Minor’s Release, Media Release.

• Membership dues (plus processing fees):

o High School: $169.00

o Junior High: $125.00

• You cannot enter a rodeo until your membership is approved. No late applications accepted.
